Vegan pumking ginger bread (or muffins)

Ingredients for 2 loaves of bread
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp ground all spice
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup apple or orange juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup molasses (or maple syrup)
3/4 cup raisins (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat oven 300 degrees
2. Grease two bread pans or muffin pans
3. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl
4. Combine the rest of the ingredients in another bowl
5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients
6. Bake 45 minutes
