Vicki's fruit cake

1 lb whole dates
1 jar of marashino cherries (16oz)
3 cups whole nuts, walnuts and pecans
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Cook Time → 120 min

1. Mix dry ingredients.
Add fruit and nuts.
Add eggs (unbeaten) and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Bake in 9x5 greased glass pan at 250 for 2-3 hrs.
Wrap in brandy soaked cheese cloth, then foil. Refrigerate.
