Vienna cubes

6 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of flour
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 ml of milk
1 ml of oil
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Cream
250 grams of cooking chocolate
0,5 liters of whipped cream
Prep. Time → 60 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Cake: Separate the yolks and whites from 6 eggs. Blend with electric blender the egg yolks with sugar. Then add the oil, milk and cocoa. After that mix in flour combined with baking powder. At the end add the snow from egg whites and bake that dough at 200 degrees in the oven.
2. Cream: Melt the chocolate and whipped cream on the cooking stove. But be careful and watch our that the cream won't boil. Pour the hot cream over the cake and leave the entire cake in the refrigerator to cool down for at least 2-3 hours.
3. In the end, as you can see from the photo, we also melted withe chocolate on top of the prepared cake. But it was a personal touch because we love it and if you do not want it feel free to serve the cake without it.
