Warren's grilled veggie marinade

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 bag baby Bok choy (cut bok choy in half if large)
4 cups whole mushrooms, sliced thick
1 large onion, sliced into wedges
3 small zucchini (green and yellow)
1 long Chinese eggplant

You can adjust the veggies to your preference

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. 1. Mix all ingredients together and marinade vegetables for at least 2-3 hours.
(I marinaded for 24 hours)

2. Note:
I sometimes add 1 or 2 sweet red or yellow pepper for added colour. (May serve more than 6-8 people)
