White bean and kale soup of Kat Liendgens - Recipefy

3-4 bouillon cubes
10 cups of water
1 1/2 cup soy chorizo
2 heads of kale, chopped
2-3 cans of cannellini beans
2 onions, chopped
6 medium sized carrots, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
olive oil

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Saute the onions and chorizo in a little olive oil in the pot in which you'll make the soup
Add water and bouillon cubes.
Add cauliflower, carrots, and kale and cook on high for about 20 minutes.
Add beans and tomatoes and cook until everything is soft.
