Directions
1. Melt the chocolate with the vanilla pod in the saucepan.
2. With the electric mixer, mix the cream and lemon zest until it forms stiff peaks.
3. Once the chocolate has melted, remove the vanilla pod with a spoon and fold in
the cream and lemon zest mixture.
4. Pour into ramekins and allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. (They should last about 3-4 days)
5. Top with some ground cinnamon and ginger or some fresh/frozen berries.
