pint of milk
260g flour
goose fat

1. preheat oven 180oc
crack 6 eggs in a bowl
add half a pint of milk
sieve 260g of flour in
add a pinch of salt and pepper
use an electric whisk to mix together
grease a tray with goose fat
put the tray in the oven until the goose fat has melted
pour mixture to the top of the each section but dont fill in the middle 2
cook for 25 minutes and dont open the oven door
