Yorkshire puddings

1 cup flour
1 ½ cup milk
1 egg
pinch of salt
baking spray/lard/oil

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Preheat oven to 450F/230C/GM 8.

2. Mix all dry ingredients. Add egg and milk, beat well until smooth.

3. If using oil or lard, coat bottom of each tin and heat in oven (about 2min). If using spray, coat pan liberally.

4. Add batter to tin so cups are about half full. Cook for 20 min in small tin, 30 min in large tin.
