Yummy cheese potatoes

6-8 large potatoes
10 oz shredded sharp cheddar
8 oz sour cream
1 small onion grated
1 stick of butter melted

1. Peel and boil potatoes. Leave somewhat hard. Mix potatoes, cheese, butter, sour cream and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees until it
bubbles around edges. Can add chopped bacon or chives on top.
