1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix (about 2 tablespoons)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. In a large bowl, blend together taco seasoning mix and water; add salad oil and vinegar; and mix well.

2. Add corn, diced tomatoes, olives and green bell pepper. Toss lightly.

3. Chill mixture several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
