Baked breakfast eggs de tania chomicz - Recipefy

6 Eggs
2 Spring onions finely chopped
4 Mushrooms finely chopped
Butter or oil for cooking mushrooms
25g ish Cheese grated
2/3 slices of bacon
Bread - thinly sliced
Oil for greasing
Salt and pepper (optional)

T. Preparacion → 15 min

T. Cocinado → 10 min

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

2. Lightly grease a muffin tray or deep fairy cake tin

3. Cut bread into circles the size of the bottom of the cup cases and place in the tin

4. Gently cook the mushrooms in a tiny bit of oil or butter

5. Cook the bacon and cut into pieces roughly 1cm x 2cm

6. Line the wall of each cup case with bacon

7. Sprinkle grated cheese on the bread followed by some spring onion and mushrooms and season to taste.

8. Make a slight dent in the centre of the ingredients to encourage the yolk to sit in the centre.

9. Crack open the egg and slowly add one to each case allowing the white time to seep into the ingredients, gently dropping the yolk in last so as not to break it.

10. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, but monitor for your preference of softness of yolk/white.

11. Serve with whatever you like; baked beans, potato scollops, toast, tomatoes or just on their own.
