Baked Ham and Eggs. de David Le Mottee - Recipefy

2 oz of butter.
7 oz of wafer-thin ham.
1 red onion, peeled an d thinly sliced.
4 mandfuls of spinash leaves.
400g of canned chopped tomatoes with peppers.
4 eggs.
4 0z of cheese, greated.
salt and freshly bround black pepper.

1. Preaheat the oven to highest setting and simear butter
over four smal oven- proof dishes.

2. Fill the dishes with a combination of ham,
red onion, baby spinash leaves and chopped tomatoes
with peppers.

3. Crack an egg over the top of each dish,
folliwed by the greated cheese, then season
well with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
