This is the recipe I use and it is awesome. 5 to 6 pound brisket seasoning salt garlic salt Worcestershire sauce pepper Sauce
1 cup ketchup 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1. Sprinkle brisket generously with seasoning salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Bake 30 minutes at 450. Wrap brisket in foil and bake 7 to 8 house at 225. It’s a good idea to place in a pan with sides in case some juices escape during baking. Remove juice, add water to 2 cups for use in making sauce. Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients with the 2 cups water-juice mixture from the cooked brisket. Chill brisket, slice thin, pour sauce over and return to oven till hot. Serves 8-10.
