Beef and Pepper Stir-Fry. de David Le Mottee - Recipefy

9 oz of egg noodles
14 oz of minced beef
2 red peppers, deseeded and cut into thin strips
4 oz of beansorouts
2x200g jars of stir-fry sauce.

T. Preparacion → 10 min min

T. Cocinado → 12 min min

1. Cook the noodles according to the packet
instructions.
Drain and keep warm.

2. Fry the mince, stirring, for 3-4 min,
or until browned.
Add the red pepper and beansprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 min.
Reduce the heat to moderate, add the sauce
and cook for 3-4 min.

3. Divide the noodles between 4 bowls and
top with the beef to serve.
