Buffalo quinoa
Receta por2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup hot sauce I recommend Franks
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt (omit if using salted butter)
1 TBS olive oil
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1 cup crunchy veggies diced (such as brocolli, cauliflower, radishes, sprouts)
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles or dressing
Toppings, if desired, such as blue cheese crumbles, green onions, and avocado

T. Cocinado → 20 min
1. Cook the quinoa according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large measuring cup, combine the butter, hot sauce, and salt. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
3. Heat a medium size skillet over medium high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the heat.
4. In a large salad bowl, toss in all the ingredients and mix to combine.
5. Top with blue cheese crumbles, green onions, and avocado if desired.
