Cajun bbq shrimp
Receta por1 lb medium shrimp peeled
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cajun or creole
1 clove mincced garlic
3 tbsp water
Juice from 1 lemon
12 tbsp salted butter cube (T
T. Preparacion → 15 min
T. Cocinado → 20 min
1. Heat a large skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp, Worcestershire Sauce, pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic, water and lemon juice.
Stir to combine and cook shrimp turning once, just until pink and liquid is reduced by half.
Reduce heat and stir in butter, a few cubes at a time, until butter is melted and incorporated into sauce.
Serve immediately
2. Serve over rice or with French bread for dipping.
