Cheese cake  de Kristiana Lasmane - Recipefy

200 grams of sugar
5 packets Creme Bonjour (creme cheese)
1 tablespoon flour
500 grams of 25% sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon
1.5 packet of "Selga" cookies (just simple butter cookies)
100 grams of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3 eggs
250 grams of fresh berries

1. Blend the 300 grams of cookies so it becomes like flour
Melt the butter and add it to the biscuit mass
Lay the mass at the bottom of frying form and put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes
Blend the fresh cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, flour and vanilla sugar
Pour the mass in to the baking form
Put it in the oven and bake in 180 degrees up and bottom for 45 minutes
Then take it out and let it chill for 5 minutes
Cover the top of the cake with 500 grams of sour creme and fresh berries and put the cake in the fridge for 8 hours
