Chicken meat balls with wholemeal spaghetti
Receta porFor the meat balls
3 Chicken Breasts
Nandos Chicken Seasoning
1 Teaspoon of mustard
Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon All purpose seasoning
Sage
Crushed Chillies
Half Fresh Lemon
Half Onions
Half Spring Onions
1 Egg
Plain Flour ( 2 Table Spoons )
For The Sauce
Olive oil
Red Onions , White Onions ( Half of Each )
Ground Ginger
Mixed Herbs
1/2 Teaspoon of Ground cumin
OXO Herbs & More ( Garlic & Roast Parsley )
Passata Tomato Sauce
T. Preparacion → 30 min
T. Cocinado → 45 min
1. For The MeatBalls
2. Method
Chop your chicken into strips , then into small square pieces
Add Your Seasonings (Mustard , Black pepper , all purpose seasoning , sage , crushed chillies )
Add your Breadcrumbs ( Mix it )
Add it all to a blender , squeeze your lemon in
Add your Onions & Spring Onions
BLEND , make sure you add a bit of water if your using a Blender (Food Processor are stronger so you don't need to add water only if needed)
Put the mixture into a bowl
Add 2 table spoons of plain flour , mix it
Beat your egg , then start to make a ball shape with to teaspoons dip it into the egg and the on to a plate
Put it into the freezer for 15min ( if yin have some left over put into the freezer until ready to cook but make sure you take it out hours before to defrost )

5. Heat the pan add olive oil
Add the onions , wait until its caramelised
Add a little Ground ginger and mixed herbs and mix well
Add your pasta sauce
Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
Add Oxo Herbs & more ( 1 Packet )
While sauce is cooking Start to Lightly fry your meat balls , and cook your spaghetti
Add your meat balls when cooked to your sauce
Bring to simmer for about 15 min
Add a litte salt
Finito
