Chicken Pot Pies. de David Le Mottee - Recipefy

2 leeks, sliced
1/2 oz of butter
295g can of condensed chicken soup
4fl oz of milk plus extra for brushing
12 oz of cooked chickrn, diced
375g pack of ready-rolled shortcrust pastry

T. Preparacion → 15 min min

T. Cocinado → 30 min,s min

1. Preaheat the oven to 190 .
Fry the leeks in the butter with 1 tablespoon of water
for 3 min.
Mix the soup, chicken and leeks.
Spoon into 4 oven proof dishes.

2. Unroll the pastry, cut out lids and press on to the dishes.
Brush with milk and bake for 30 minutes.
