Chicken stir fry
Receta por2 chicken breasts, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1-2 Tbsp of oil (I use olive oil, people say there are better oils for stir fry)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 c chicken broth
1 pinch of sugar
Frozen veggies
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 10 min
1. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat
2. Add ground ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 minute (don't let garlic burn!)
3. Add chicken and saute until cooked.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth and sugar. Cook until sauce heated through and combined evenly.
5. Add frozen veggies, stir so all veggies are covered by sauce and cook about 5 minutes until sauce begins to bubble.
6. Add sliced green pepper and cook until desired tenderness (1-2 min.)
7. Serve over rice and enjoy!
