Chicken with parsley
Receta por225g chicken breast fillet without skin
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 red onions
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon-lime juice
Salt and pepper
One pack flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
Some leaves for decoration
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 15 min
1. Put the chicken breast between 2 sheets of kitchen foil or baking paper and pat with flat frying pan until they are about 5mm.
2. Cut the meat into strips about 1cm wide
3. Heat oil in skillet
4. Roast the chicken stripes with onions, garlic and peppers at high temperature for about 3 minutes until lightly browned and they are cooked.
5. Ad lemon juice and chopped parsley, salt and pepper as desired.
6. Garnish with flat parsley and serve.
