Choc chip cookies de Rhoda Rutherford - Recipefy

1 cup sugar
175g butter or oil
1 egg
1/2 t vanilla
3/4 cup self raising flour
1 cup plain flour or a blend of almond coconut and oats
1 cup choc chips or chopped chocolate slab

T. Preparacion → 20 min

T. Cocinado → 15 min

1. Almost all the ingredients can be swaped out as long the texture is good they somehow still work. I leave out the egg if I don't have any, they a bit crumbly but still good. At Christmas I replace half the choc chips with cake mix and add mixed spice.

2. Pre heat oven to 180 `C

3. Combine sugare and butter. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.

4. Add flour in which ever combination suits u. If u have no self raising put in a t on baking powder or leave it out for flat thin cookies.

5. Fold in the choc chips.

6. For thin flats grease a baking sheet with butter. For less spreading use baking paper.
Dollop spoon full onto the tray leaving space for spreading. I do 1 teaspoon per cookie for little ones.

7. Bake for 10-15 mins depending on how brown u want em.
