Large onion
1in ginger
2 cloves garlic
4 chicken breasts
1 packet vermicelli
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 cups basmati rice

T. Preparacion → 20 min

T. Cocinado → 30 min

1. Cook the rice

2. Dice the onion

3. Finely chop ginger and garlic

4. Cube chicken pieces

5. Add 500ml warm water to vermicelli in a bowl for 10 mins

6. Saute onion in a hot pan for five mins

7. Add chicken, garlic, ginger and brown sugar, cook for 10 mins

8. Add vermicelli and dark soy sauce and simmer for 15 mins

9. Serve with rice
