Cookie pudding

Ingredientes para Serves 4.

1 packet Maryland cookies or ginger snaps. Sherry. 1/2 pint whipping or double cream

Instrucciones

1. 1. Dip biscuits quickly into sherry.

2. 2. Sandwich together with cream like a long log (like packet of biscuits but with cream in-between.

3. 3. Spread remaining cream over the biscuits leave in fridge for an hour then serve approx two to three biscuits per person.
