Garlic chicken
Receta poroil for frying
12 chicken breasts, deboned and chopped
salt
pepper
1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
150g margarine or butter
pinch of origanum
5ml dried mixed herbs
1 teaspoon white vinegar
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 45 min
1. Heat oil in pan, season diced chicken with salt and black pepper to taste
2. Fry chicken in pan with heated oil till brown
3. Remove from pan and set aside
4. Pour off oil and melt butter in pan. Add garlic and stir. Fry for a few moments on medium heat. (do not brown garlic)
5. Put chicken back in pan and add herbs
6. Cover and simmer for a few minutes.
7. Add vinegar just before serving, heat again until flavors are well balanced.
8. Serve with rice or pasta (I found that my family and I prefer rice, the pasta makes it too rich)
