Grandma's prawn curry with rice
Receta por350g of prawns, 2 small onions, 1 fresh tomato, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, one green chilli, 1 glass/cup of boiling water and 1 glass of rice
T. Preparacion → Aprox 30 min
T. Cocinado → Aprox 25 min
1. Put one tablespoon of cooking oil, then soften the 2 garlic cloves chopped and the small onions chopped in the saucepan for 5-7 minutes, after put the chopped ginger and chopped chilli in the saucepan for 10 minutes all together. After put in the turmeric powder and salt then stir, after put the chopped tomato in and again stir for 2 minutes. after put the prawns in the saucepan and stir for 5 minutes and put in 1 cup of boiling water.Put it on low heat for 15 minutes.
Just boil some water and put it into another saucepan with the rice and stir for 10 minutes.
