Homemade Hummus de Louwrisa Blaauw - Recipefy

1 Large can of Chickpeas - drained and rinsed
¼ Cup Olive Oil
2-3 Garlic Cloves - peeled
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Tahini
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt to taste
Water as desired - I use about ½ cup

T. Preparacion → 10 min

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.

2. Place in bowl, sprinkle with paprika and olive oil.

3. Serve with pita wedges and chopped veggies.
