1. In a blender, blitz 70z/198g canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed), the juice of half a lemon, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 level tbsp tahini and 75ml water, until smooth. Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of paprika.
