Italian pasta soup(minestrone)

1 tin of chopped tomatoes,carrots,potatoes,75g pasta,1 white onion,vegetable oil,vegetable stock cube,1tsp Oragano,1tsp salt,1tsp black pepper,1 bay leaf

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 40mins min

1. 1.fry the onions until Golden in Vegatable Oil
2.Add the Stock cube,potato and carrot ,then leave to cook throughly for 25 mins
3.Add the Salt,Pepper,Oragano,Bay leaf,Tinned Tomato and leave to cook for 5-10 mins
4.cook the pasta to half cooked in a seperate saucepan then, add to the soup mix and cook for 5 minutes.
5.Serve with Parmasan Cheese if,you like it.
