Jen's lamb kofte

900g minced lamb
2 onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves
2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
salt & black pepper
oil

T. Preparacion → 20 min

T. Cocinado → 10 min

1. Soak 8 bamboo skewers in cold water

2. Place all of the ingredients (except the oil) into a food processor and pulse until it all comes together

3. Divide the mixture into 8 and mould into long sausage shapes around the skewers. This is easier if your hands are wet.

4. Brush the oil onto the bars of the BBQ and cook the kofte.
