Kelly's apple cheddar appetizer

1. Set oven on low broil.

2. Slice baguette into 1/2 inch slices.

3. Core and slice apples into thin wedges.

4. Slice cheddar, not too thin!

5. Arrange bread on a cookie sheet, place 2 wedges of apple on each slice. Stack 2 pieces of cheese on each, and broil just until melted.

Top each sandwich with a dollop of sweet chili sauce.
