Keto chicken cordon bleu
Receta por6 cups (50 oz) chicken breast, tenders, or thighs
5 oz ham
4 oz butter
6 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp regular mustard
2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
6 oz Swiss cheese
T. Preparacion → 60 min
1. Precook chicken before making this recipe
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Melt butter.
4. Combine melted butter, cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, and spices until mixed.
5. In a 9x13 casserole dish,layer chicken first.
6. Layer ham next.
7. Spread butter mixture over the top of the meats.
8. Layer Swiss cheese over the butter mixture.
9. Bake casserole for 30 minutes. In the last few minutes, turn the oven up to broil in order for the cheese to turn golden on top. Watch carefully as it may burn!
10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
