Receta por4 eggs
1/4c quark (or substitute 1/8c cottage cheese and 1/8c greek yogurt)
1/2c grated cheese
1/4c cream cheese
1/4c cottage cheese
1/4c flax seed
1/4c sesame seeds
2tsp baking powder
1Tbs olive oil
1. Grind seeds with baking powder
2. Separate eggs
3. Mix yolks with grated cheese, cottage cheese, quark, and cream cheese
4. Add seeds to mixture
5. Add olive oil to mixture
6. Beat egg whites in large bowl until hard peaks form
7. Fold yolk mixture into egg whites, leaving SOME white streaks
8. Grease parchement paper and add dough, piece by piece
9. Bake at 390/400 degrees F for 8 minutes or until it starts to solidify a little
10. Add toppings of choice
11. Bake at 350 degree F for 15 minutes or until crust has darkened and cheese is melted
