Mangaperukku/vishu sadya recipe
Receta por1.Ripe Mango-2 medium
Jaggery-2 tblpsn
Salt
2.Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Dry red chilli-5
Mustard seeds-1/4 tspn
3.Coconut Oil-1 tblspn
Mustard seeds-1/4 tspn
Curry leaves
Dry red chilli-1 or 2
Salt
T. Preparacion → 5 min
T. Cocinado → 2 min
1. Cut ripe mango into small pieces.In a bowl add mango pieces,jaggery and salt.Crush and mix them well using hands,spoon or gently with a blender.Keep aside
2. Grind together grated coconut,dry red chillies and mustard seeds to a smooth paste.
3. Now heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves and dry red chilli.Add the coconut paste and mango-jagger mixture. Mix eveything well.Switch off the flame.
