Meat ball taglatelli.
Receta porextra lean mince
2 onions
mushrooms
red pepper
yellow pepper
pasata and basil
two tin of chopped tomatoes.
salt and pepper to taste
T. Preparacion → 15 min
T. Cocinado → 30 min
1. put mince and diced onion in a bowl
cut up the onion, mushrooms, and peppers
fry them in fry light
mix the mince and onions together, then take some out the bowl,
enough to make a ball and put it on a baking tray sprayed with fry light.
i made 8 out of my mixture, put it on gas mark 6 for 30 mins, just keep checking it.
then put into a pan two tins of tomatoes and half a cup of pasata and basil
once its warmed up add the onions, mushrooms,and peppers and let it cook on a slow heat.
then put a pan of boiling water on add the taglatelli with a dash of salt bring to the boil and then let it simmer for 9 mins.
once the meatballs are cooked add them to the tomato sauce for 8 mins
then serve with the taglatelli.
