Mom’s buttermilk pancakes

Ingredientes
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instrucciones
1. Mix dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients. Add dry to wet. Mix until almost smooth. Small lumps are fine.
2. I like my pancakes thin, so I add about 3 tbsp skim milk.
