No bake protein bars
Receta por1/2 cup oat flour
5 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup nonfat powdered milk
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Mix together oat flour, protein powder, powdered milk, and flax meal.
2. In smaller bowl, mix peanut butter, vanilla and water.
3. Add wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir to make dough. Mix in chocolate chips.
4. Spread the mixture into a greased pan. Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting bars.
