Onion Soup. de David Le Mottee - Recipefy

2 pints of vegetable stock
2 tbsp of oliveoil
2 tbsp of flour
2 onions, chopped
1 knob of butter
fresh parsley, finely chopped

T. Preparacion → 25 mins min

T. Cocinado → 30 mins min

1. Fry the onions gently in the olive oil in a pan until soft.
Add the flour and stock.
Mix and gently cook for 30 mins..
Serve piping hot.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a knob of butter.
