Pancakes

Ingredientes para 5 pancakes

100g self-raising flour
3 tsp caster sugar
1 egg
175ml milk

Instrucciones

1. mix flour and sugar together in a large bowl.

2. add the egg and half the milk and mix.

3. add the rest of the milk and mix fast with a fork till bubbles form on top of the mix.

4. set the frying pan on a moderate heat and very slightly brush with oil.

5. after about 2 mins start cooking the pancakes.
