411g can of apricot halves in natural juice
425g can of low-fat rice pudding
3 tablespoons of demerara sugar
3 tablespoons of fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
T. Preparacion → 10 min min
T. Cocinado → 6 mins min
1. Drain the pear and apricot halves, and chop.
Spoon into 4 large ramekins.
2. Spoon the rice pudding over the top.
Mix the sugar, breadcrumbs and nutmeg and sprinkle over
the rice pudding.
3. Grill for 3-4 minutes until crisp, golden and bubbling
( the sugar will start to melt and caramelise)
Leave foe 1 minute for sugar to set before serving.
