Pico de gallo de Karyn Johnson - Recipefy

12 Roma tomatoes (If the Roma tomatoes are large, 6-8 may be enough.)
3-4 Vine ripened tomatoes
1 medium sweet onion
3 jalapeños
1/2-1 bunch cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1-2 limes
1 tsp salt (or more)
3-4 green onions, chopped (optional)

1. Dice tomatoes to desired size, I dice them quite small. Dice onion to match. Use gloves to remove seeds from jalapeño, dice very small. Remove leaves from cilantro stalks, run knife through them. Crush garlic, squeeze the juice from the whole lime, add salt. Taste, adjust salt and lime.
