pizza de tania chomicz - Recipefy

550g strong flour
7g yeast
1tbsp caster sugar or 2 of honey
1tsp salt
2Tbsp olive oil
350 ml lukewarm water

Topping
Puree or pesto
Chilli sauce
Oregano, basil or thyme
Grated mozzarella or cheddar
Cooked chicken, pepperoni etc
Sweetcorn, pineapple etc

1. 150ml lukewarm water into bowl with yeast, leave in warm place for ten mins

2. Sift flour into bowl and add salt

3. Add oil and honey to yeast mix and stir

4. Make well in dry ingredients and mix in yeast. Add enough of the extra water to form a soft sticky dough.

5. Add the water a bit at a time.

6. Transfer to floured surface and knead for ten mins.

7. Oil a bowl and stick dough in, cover with cling film and warm place for an hour.

8. Pound and knead for five mins.

9. Rollout and top with your favourites.

10. E.g. garlic butter and a sprinkle of cheese; tomato puree, chopped onion; sweet chilli sauce mixed with cooked chicken and bacon; chicken and bbq sauce; red pesto, all topped with a sprinkle of dried or fresh herbs and some grated cheese.
