Red cabbage

3/4 cup water
3 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp butter, divided
1 1/2 tsp flour
1-2 1/2lb. Head of red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper

Instrucciones
1. Bring water and cabbage to a boil, cook for 10 minutes. Add apples; cook for another 10 minutes. add the rest of the ingredients and cover and simmer to your desired tenderness.
2. Stir in an extra tbsp of butter before serving.
