Rhubarb Dessert de Elaine Crawford Daguanno - Recipefy

1 white cake mix
1 box of strawberry jello
4-5 cups of frozen rhubarb
1/3 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of water

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 45 min

1. In a 9" x 13" pan spread rhubarb evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle the sugar evenly over all of the rhubarb.
Sprinkle the jello crystals evenly over the rhubarb and sugar.
Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over all of the other ingredients to completely cover the rhubarb.
Take the cup of water and mix the oil into it. Whisk together and then pour over the top of all the other ingredients.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

2. Tip: I have made this with 3 cups of canned peaches, 1 cup pineapple pieces and a peach jello. Peaches need to be drained of all liquid and eliminate the sugar. (Photo included)
