Receta porBread Slices-3
Butter-1 tblpsn
Carrot-1 tblpsn grated
Spinach-5 tblpsn chopped finely
Garlic powder-1 tspn
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Oil
Salt
1. Heat little oil in a pan.Add grated carrot.Add 1/2 tspn garlic powder,1/2 tspn soy sauce and salt.Then saute till the carrot becomes soft.Transfer it to a bowl.In the same pan heat little more oil and add spinach.Add remaining 1/2 tspn garlic powder ,1/2 tspn soy sauce and salt.Saute till the spinach becomes soft.Remove from fire.
2. Take a bread slice and spread 1/2 tblspn butter to it.Then put 1 tblpsn carrot on the buttered bread slice and spread evenly.Then place another bread slice above it.
Finally take the third slice of bread, spread some butter on it,followed by spinach mixture.Then place it above the prepared bread slices as the top most layer.Press gently.
3. Heat a flat pan and place the sandwich on it.Toast till both sides turn light brown.Remove from fire,cut into half and serve hot.
4. Notes:If you don't want to use butter,use tomato sauce as base spread.
5. To make it more healthier, use whole wheat bread slices..
