Rich chocolate brownies
Receta por40g Plain Flour
60g Cocoa Powder
375g Sugar
125g Walnuts/pecans (Optional)
250g Good Quality Dark Chocolate
250g Unsalted Butter
4 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1tsp Vanilla Essence
T. Preparacion → 20-30 min
T. Cocinado → 35-40 min
1. Preheat the over to 180C.
Line a 20 x 30cm cake tin with greaseproof paper.
Sift the flour and cocoa powder.
Stir in the sugar and the nuts (If Applicable).
Using a heavy knife, chop the chocolate finely and add this to the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly before combining with the dry ingredients.
Stir in the eggs and vanilla essence.
Pour into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until almost firm in the centre.
Once removing from oven, let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
