Ron and Betty's Red Deer Cheese Ball de Michele Poole - Recipefy

1 container (250g) imperial cheese (red/black)
4X 250g Philadelphia cream cheese (1000g)
1/4 lb Danish Blue Cheese (75g)
2 tbsp fresh grated onion (or 1 tsp dried onion flakes)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
14 cup finely chopped pecans (for rolling into balls)

1. Allow all cheeses to reach room temp. and mix with electric beater, add remaining ingredients (except nuts) and blend well. Divide into size you want and place on pieces of wax paper, cool. Then shape into balls and roll in nuts. If keeping more that 1 week, they should be frozen.
