Spaghetti bolognese (spag bog)
Receta por500g - Minced Beef
1x - Bell Pepper, any colour
1x - Medium Onion
300g - Mushrooms, button (optional)
800g (2 tins) - Tomatoes, chopped
1 Tablespoon - Tomato puree
600g (2 packs) - Bacon lardons, smoked
1 Teaspoon - Oregano
1 Teaspoon - Italian seasoning
A pinch of Salt and Pepper
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 50 min
1. Fry the onions, bacon, pepper and mushroomsin the garlic. Remove and put to the side for later.
2. Fry the meat in the herbs and the seasonings, then drain well.
3. Return the vegetables to the pan and add the chopped and pureed tomato.
4. Cover and cook down for 20 mins or so, then cook the spaghetti or tagliatelle.
5. To serve:
Parmesan garnish accompanied by fresh green salad and garlic bread.

I leave near to Bologna and I am sorry to say you that "spaghetti bolognese" does not really exist. It is an invenction of other countries. Bye bye
