Vegan pumpkin cupcakes

1/2 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup pumpkin (canned is fine)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup vegan butter (I use Earth Balance)

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 20 min

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees

2. Cream oil & sugar (2-3 minutes)

3. Add & beat apple sauce, pumpkin, & vanilla

4. Sift dry ingredients

5. Add to wet ingredients in 3 additions

6. Bake 20 minutes
