Warm chocolate pudding

150g self-raising flour
25g cocoa
200g castor sugar
100g dark chocolate
180ml milk
5ml vanilla essence
40g butter, melted
1 egg

sauce
180g brown sugar
120g cocoa
500ml water

T. Preparacion → 20 min

T. Cocinado → 60 min

1. sift self-raising flour and cocoa together

2. add castor sugar

3. crush chocolate into blocks and add to mixture

4. add egg to mixture

5. mix milk, vanilla and butter separately, then add to mixture and mix well

6. put in 23cm oven dish

7. Mix sauce ingredients together and pout over mixture

8. bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius

9. serve warm
